I remember this picture from last summer. It was the exact time I felt my photography jumped to a new level. I still go back and stare at this image and one other from that night under the pier.
There were a few different things that contributed to the growth and development of my work and the ability to truly capture what I was seeing.
In this case a new camera and trying to learn what that camera was capable of really gave me some freedom to try and look at this scene in a different way.
It could be a number of things, but there are always keys to our growth.. Don't blow them off, but take advantage of each one that comes along!
